Exercise 1/2 hour a day
This is for those looking to stay in shape without taking up too much of there time. The first thing you should keep in mind is that you have to stay committed and motivated throughout training.
Because achieving results is up to you if your determined to succeed. You also should remember before performing a routine you should get about 6 to 8 hours of sleep.
So once you are in the proper mental state you can to choose the places your going to train. These locations should preferably be at home or close to work.
This is because if you can workout at home or close to work this will reduce the time of traveling to and from locations. It is also a great idea if you can train during a lunch break while at work.
As of working out you you should train lower body parts in between sets and only rest for 30 seconds because you will only have 30 minutes to train.
And It is also recommended you avoid repetitive training by switching routines weekly.
